This program consists of four certification components that can be enrolled in successively or separately – depending on your unique needs:
The Executive Education stream is designed to offer senior managers, executives, and functional operational managers a tailor-made curriculum with maximum flexibility.
Executive Certificate
Duration: 6 months
The Executive Certificate curriculum covers the core elements of the Project Management life cycle.
Executive Diploma
Duration: 12 months
The Executive Diploma develops the candidates knowledge in all areas of Project Management.
Executive Professional
Duration: 18 months
The Executive Professional coursework is structured around a thesis or various reports. Students must demonstrate an advanced capability to guide a project through its lifecycle.
Executive Expert
Duration: 18 to 24 months
Executive Expert students must demonstrate highly proficient capabilities in implementing Project Management within the business environment.
A full dissertation is required.
Students benefit from in-depth class discussions and personalized mentoring and coaching (either in person or online).

Assessment
The Executive Education program is completed through interactive coursework and research (assignments or dissertations, depending on your course level).
Students benefit from continuous assessment throughout the course.
After completing the coursework you can apply to write examinations for ISO certification.
There is a compulsory one-week pre-exam course to prepare for these examinations.

Ernest Lehman is partnered with international accreditation bodies that provide ISO (International Organization of Standardization), PMP (Project Management Professional), and IPMA (International Project Management Association) certifications.
